Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Fabian, made by Ankord Labs. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
Fabian gives your business a team of AI agents that plan and carry out marketing work: campaigns, creative, posts, published pages, paid ads and reporting. The agents propose; you approve anything that spends money or posts publicly. Fabian is a tool, and you remain responsible for what you approve and publish.
Your account
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to use Fabian. Keep your email account secure, since sign-in links are sent there. An agency account may manage client businesses it is authorized to act for. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
Your content
What you upload and what your team makes for you is yours. You give us the rights needed to store it, show it back to you, and publish it where you tell us to. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for what you publish, including that it is lawful, honest and not misleading. We may remove content that breaks the law or these terms.
Connected services
When you connect Google, an ad platform or social accounts, you confirm you are allowed to give Fabian that access, and you agree to those services’ own terms. Fabian uses each connection only as described in the Privacy Policy. Changes that raise ad spend run only after you approve them and within the monthly ceiling you set. To keep spend inside that ceiling, Fabian may lower a budget or pause a campaign it created without asking first; it tells you, and you can undo it. Ad spend is charged by the ad platform to your own ad account, not by us, and you are responsible for it.
Plans and billing
The free trial lasts 14 days and includes $15 of usage. It needs no card, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan; when it ends your team pauses until you do. Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. Usage beyond your plan is billed as overage only where your plan allows it and you have turned it on, up to the cap you set. Moving to a larger plan takes effect right away and is charged for the rest of the month; moving to a smaller one takes effect right away with a credit on your next invoice. You can cancel from Settings at any time: your plan stays until the end of the month you paid for and does not renew. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Fabian to send spam, deceive people, infringe others’ rights, or break any law or a platform’s rules. Do not try to access other customers’ data, overload the service, or reverse engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI output
Your team’s output is generated by AI. It can be wrong, and results are not guaranteed. Review what it produces before you rely on it, and approve with care. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Warranties and liability
Fabian is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
Ending things
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we can stop offering the service with reasonable notice. On closure we delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Questions go to Ankord Labs by replying to any email Fabian sends you. See also our Privacy Policy.
